A Routine Designed for Expression, Confidence and Flow
Warm December is a cozy, playful heels routine built for beginner–intermediate dancers who want to move with feeling, not pressure. The mood is festive and sensual, but never overwhelming. It’s a space for you to explore your lines, your musicality, your softness and your power.
The class begins with a full-body warmup that prepares your chest, hips, ankles, and spine. You’ll roll out tension, mobilize through your joints, and activate your legs, backline, and core so you can dance safely and beautifully in heels.
Once warm, the choreography unfolds like a little story:
- Soft posing and a slow, intentional walk
- A girly kick into a beginner-friendly step-around spin
- Body waves that melt down the pole
- Sensual floor transitions and a head circle hair toss
- A controlled back-fall and attitude roll
- A kneecircle thread that hooks you into a cheated split
- A rise into a leg sweep and knee-cross circle
- Two elegant pirouettes, one grounded and one lifted
- A sculpted armpit backbend that feels as expressive as it looks
- A floating spin, scissor landing, kick-over switch
- A twisted-grip pirouette into a soft body wave
- A slow open-floor spin, girly pushup, diamond roll
- A final hair slick and pose to finish the story
It is sensual but never rushed. Technical but never intimidating.
Most importantly, it leaves room for you, your expression, your flavour, your December energy.
